OTHER ACTIVITIES TO SUPPORT YOUR BLACKOUT CANCER EVENT
Customize  the Jerseys
for your team to wear at the Blackout Cancer game. Give your athletes a way to honor those affected in their lives by adding a name to the back.

Honor someone impacted by cancer at your event
by dedicating your event to that person(s).

Invite a student to sing a special song at half-time to honor those battling.

Have a pep rally at school on game day and fill up the gym with students wearing the blackout cancer t-shirt!

Involve the cheer team by asking them to make a Blackout Cancer poster to hold up when entering the field on game day

Hold a game day fundraiser
such as a bake sale, balloon release, bracelet auction, and many more great options! Project Blackout can help you plan additional activities.

In addition to purchasing the Blackout t-shirt, we wore a special Blackout Jerseys to honor my player's dad who was battling brain cancer.  It was very meaningful way for the kids to help their teammate ."     Coach Hatchey
